Our Hassle-Free Return Process

We’ve designed our return process to be as smooth as casting with one of our premium ISO fishing rods:

  2. Receive Authorization – Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack the unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached – just as you’d carefully store your fluorocarbon leaders.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our address (listed below) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days.
