Order Processing Time

We process all orders with the same precision as tying a perfect fishing knot – typically within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your premium fishing gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Process

If your gear isn’t quite right, our returns process is as smooth as casting with one of our premium ISO fishing rods:

  1. Initiate Your Return

    Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Authorization

    Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.

  3. Package Your Items

    Securely pack the unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached – just as you’d carefully store your fluorocarbon leaders.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Send the package to our address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.

  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange

    Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed with the same speed and precision as our tournament-ready LBD reels:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Credit Card Refunds: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement (varies by bank)
  • PayPal Refunds: Typically appear within 24 hours

Exchange Policy

Need a different size jigging rod or color of your favorite lure? We’ll help you exchange your item with the same expertise we use when matching metal jigs to target species:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receipt
  • Item must be unused with original packaging
  • We’ll ship your exchange as soon as we process your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest quality standards for all our anglers, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Hooks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Fluorocarbon Leader (cut-to-length items)
  • Customized or special order items (including engraved fishing accessories)
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing reel arrives damaged or your rod isn’t performing as expected (which is as rare as losing the big one at the boat), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
